Technically you can sue them for whatever you want but in order to be compensated in cash you must prove they acted under the color of state law and prove they knew your rights were clearly established prior to their actions. Prove that they acted with “evil intent” and describe how each of them did in full details.

  • Do not sue for the state abusing your child they do this deliberately to all parents.
